Trifinity uses high tech software that has API integration with any shopping cart system, in order to take your B2C orders from site, to cart, to fulfillment, directly out to your customer. Orders flow from your storefront into our warehouse without manual re-entry, and every unit is picked, packed, and shipped individually to the person who ordered it.
We’ve been doing this for 34 years out of two Wisconsin facilities, primarily for personal care, cosmetics, and wellness brands ,vitamins, body wash, deodorant, cosmetics, and everything adjacent.
What Our Ecommerce Order Fulfillment Covers
Our ecommerce fulfillment services handle single-unit picking direct to the consumer, running through the same RF wand controlled picking process we use across the warehouse.
- Individual units picked and shipped direct to your customer, not case quantities
- RF wand scanning at the pick, so the SKU going in the box is the SKU on the order
- Dedicated pickers assigned to your account rather than rotating warehouse crews
- A dedicated account manager, not a shared support queue
The people picking your e-commerce orders are the same people picking them next month. They learn your products and how they need to go out.

Why a B2B-Trained Warehouse Is Different
Most of what moves through our 3pl fulfillment center goes to Target, Walmart, Costco, Sam’s Club, Walgreens, and CVS. Those retailers fine for a wrong label, a missing packing slip, a pallet that doesn’t meet grade-A standards, or an ASN that arrives after the truck does. The fine lands on the brand, not the warehouse.
That’s the standard our floor operates to every day. When it carries over to a single bottle of supplements going to a customer in Ohio, the outcome is a warehouse where accuracy isn’t a feature we added for e-commerce, it’s how the operation already runs.
We don’t miss.
One Roof for Both Channels
B2B fulfillment is pallets, cases, and retailer compliance. One order might be forty cases into a single distribution center with a strict routing guide. Direct to consumer flips every variable: one or two units to a residential address, granular picking, small parcel instead of freight.
Trifinity runs both. If you sell through retail and direct to consumer, your inventory sits in one place with one team and one point of contact, you’re not splitting stock across two providers and reconciling the difference yourself.
Our B2B fulfillment services and pick and pack services run on the same dedicated staffing model, so the accuracy standard doesn’t change depending on which channel an order comes through.
If you’re selling direct to consumer and into retail, talk to us about running both through one warehouse. Get in touch to walk through your order profile and what your channels actually need.
Value-Added Work Alongside Your Orders
Consumer brands usually need more than pick and pack. We handle that work in the same building your inventory already sits in:
- Co-packing and Contract Packaging Services for multipacks, promotional bundles, and retail displays
- Relabeling and over-labeling when artwork, pricing, or regulatory information changes
- Marketplace prep for channels like Amazon that require specific case counts and label placement
Because the product is already under our roof, reconfiguration work doesn’t require an outbound and inbound freight cycle first.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much do ecommerce fulfillment services cost?
Pricing typically breaks into receiving, storage, pick and pack, and shipping. Most providers charge a per-order base fee plus a smaller per-additional-item fee, with storage billed by pallet or bin per month. Actual cost depends on order volume, SKU count, average units per order, and package dimensions, so a real number requires looking at your specific order profile rather than a published rate card.
What is the difference between an ecommerce fulfillment center and a regular warehouse?
A warehouse is built primarily to store inventory, usually in cases and pallets, with slower outbound movement. An ecommerce fulfillment center is built for high-velocity outbound picking of individual units, with pack stations, small parcel carrier connections, and software that connects to sales channels. The layout, staffing, and technology are optimized for orders leaving quickly rather than product sitting still.
Can the same provider handle both B2B and DTC orders?
Yes, and it’s usually the better arrangement, a single pool of inventory, one set of reporting, and no reconciliation between two partners. The requirement is that the operation is genuinely equipped for both, since case picking to a retail DC and unit picking to a residential address are different disciplines.
