Nobody shops for 3PL fulfillment services when things are going well. The search usually starts after a deduction report lands, or after a third email to the current provider goes two days without an answer.
Trifinity is a family-owned third-party logistics company based in Kenosha, Wisconsin. We have been at it for 34 years, shipping daily into mass, drug, club, and ecommerce channels from more than 425,000 square feet. We take on a deliberately small number of accounts, because that is the only way to stand behind the promise our customers repeat back to us: we don’t miss.

A 3PL Company That Takes Responsibility With An Error Guarantee
Most 3PL providers have a fee schedule. Very few have a consequence.
Ours is written down, and it is short. If we ship something incorrectly, we pay to bring it back and reship it. If an investigation shows a retailer fine was caused by our error, we credit it. Errors cost us instead of you, so we are the ones checking labels, ASNs, and pallet specs. It is also why brands that choose to leave another 3PL tend to stay with us.
You Are One Of A Handful, Not One Of A Thousand
We serve a small number of major accounts. You get a named account manager, the same pickers on your product, and sales contacts who answer their cell phones on a Saturday when a retailer moves an appointment. Rate that against the last time you filed a support ticket with a national 3PL warehouse.
Certified, Audited, And Ready For Regulated Product
Our space is GMP-audited by a third party every year, FDA-registered, and licensed by the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture. If your product carries lot codes and expiry dates, that matters more than a dashboard.
Two Wisconsin 3PL Warehouses, Set Up For Retail Outbound
Kenosha is our headquarters. Pleasant Prairie is our second building. Together, they hold more than 425,000 square feet of racked, secured space. Both sit along the I-94 corridor between Chicago and Milwaukee, inside a day’s drive of many of the retail distribution centers your product has to reach. When an account’s volume calls for more room, we lease or build more space rather than ask you to wait.
Inventory runs on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, so you see stock and order status in real time. We book inbound and outbound appointments through the retailer portals ourselves. What we will not do is broker your freight. Your carriers stay yours, at your rates, with nobody taking a cut.
Four Signs You Have Outgrown Your Current 3PL Provider
- Chargebacks keep appearing, and nobody can tell you which shipment caused them.
- Your account manager has changed twice this year.
- Peak season gets handled, but only after you escalate.
- Every new retailer requirement becomes your project instead of theirs.
Switching 3PL Providers Starts With Walking Our Floor
Most brand owners have never seen the distribution side of their own product, so we would rather show you our floor than pitch you. Come through Kenosha, meet the crew who would run your account, and watch us work. EDI and software setup takes two weeks or less, and a verbal yes to a signed agreement runs seven to fourteen days.
Tell us what you ship, where it goes, and what keeps going wrong. We will tell you whether we are the right 3PL company for the job. If most of your volume moves into mass, drug, and club retail, start with our B2B fulfillment services.

FAQ
What are 3PL fulfillment services?
Third-party logistics, sometimes written 3rd-party logistics, means outsourcing receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping to a provider that runs it as their core business. Plenty of 3PL companies stop there. For brands selling into retail, the job also covers EDI documents, retailer labeling, pallet building, and appointment scheduling.
What is the difference between a 3PL warehouse and a public warehouse?
A warehouse stores your product. A 3PL provider owns the outcome, which means picking, packing, labeling to each retailer’s routing guide, and getting freight out on time and in full.
Does searching for a “3PL near me” actually matter?
Proximity to your own office rarely does. Proximity to your retailers’ distribution centers and to reliable outbound lanes does, which is why the Kenosha to Chicago corridor works well for national retail programs.
Do you handle both B2B retail and ecommerce orders?
Yes. Roughly 80% of our volume is B2B retail distribution, with ecommerce fulfillment running alongside it for the same brands, off one inventory pool.
What kind of brands fit best with Trifinity?
Established brands shipping into mass, drug, and club retail channels that need compliance handled properly, typically in personal care, wellness, supplements, cosmetics, and food. We also grow smaller brands, though we are not the cheapest option and do not try to be.
